When it comes to transformation, most people think of digital transformation. You can find more about this here: Digitization. For me, transformation means transforming a company or an organization from the current situation and its parameters into a new situation with new parameters, i.e. redesign or conversion.

For me, sustainable transformation means that the redesign or transformation lasts for a longer period of time. Since the determining parameters are constantly changing, the transformation must be supplemented by a continuous improvement process and agile management.

In the transformation projects I carry out, the focus is usually on corporate and strategy development, change management and organizational development. Processes and their digitization are of course mostly part of these projects today.
