The measurability of sustainable resource management results from the achievement of corporate goals with the available resources.
Return on interim management means providing evidence that my work has brought in more than it cost. I’m always happy to provide this proof. Don’t be surprised if I include results that were outside of my original brief but have been modified by me.
Your employees will thank you for the sustainable resource management, your customers will pay for it, the environment will be pleased and ultimately it will also be visible in the balance sheet. ESG (Environmental Social Governance) is now a financial factor.
Finally, we now come to certification, because this will be increasingly necessary in order to maintain business relationships, especially with larger customers.
